Thank you to everyone who attended our event on August 27th! It really was a great evening of reconnecting and networking.
Congratulations to the winners of our drawing! Dan Styslinger won the iPod Touch. The Redskins tickets in our Deltek Owner's Suite went to Jeff Souders, Annie Brown, Lisa Sion, and Connie Stack!

We raised $1,500 for Teardrops to Rainbows, a non-profit organizations which serves children with cancer and their families. Thank you all for your generous donations! The money we raised sponsors a family for an entire year! Below is a thank you letter from Lois Lyons who was at our event:
"A BIG thank you to Deltek for hosting such a wonderful PeopleSoft Alumni Networking Event last week at Maggiano's! Jenn and I and the rest of us at Teardrops to Rainbow were so moved by the outpouring of support that you all showed at the event and we sincerely hope you know how very much that meant to us. In that one evening, in addition to sharing our story with you and having the chance to meet all of you, we were able to raise enough money to support one Teardrops to Rainbows family for an entire year!
It's amazing to see what a group of people can do when they pull together in support of a cause. As I shared with you, that's all it took for us to get T2R off the ground. But now, in 2008 and going forward, we need all of you, all of our friends in the community and their communities to join together to help the cause. With the number of childhood cancers on the rise, we can't stop now. Please consider how you might help going forward - be it with your time, your treasures or your talents... we need them all!
