If you are a former PeopleSoft employee, welcome!
The PeopleSoft® Alumni Network is a non-profit, volunteer-run, professional networking corporate alumni association for former PeopleSoft employees. As of August 2008, we have over 2,200 members from all around the world. Through our online services and in-person events, you can connect with some pretty smart people who helped to create one of the most successful software companies ever!
The PeopleSoft Alumni Network has online presence on three services: Yahoo! Groups, LinkedIn Groups, and our own PSFTAlum Career Center. To join, you'll want to get set up on all three online services. Just click here to download the instructions for "How to Join the PeopleSoft Alumni Network," (PDF), print it out, and follow the instructions for all three sites.
We have 5-10 people a week, like spammers, who try to join our group who are not former PeopleSoft employees - so we have created a process to ensure your privacy and ensure the members are truly former PeopleSoft employees. The instructions will guide you step by step. For example, you will provide your managers name, reporting chain and employee number to prove you are a former PeopleSoft employee, to prevent your inbox from becoming inundated by Viagra emails.
Please print and follow the instructions, or your application will be denied. Our volunteers are unable to research your information and trade emails with you, they simply deny incomplete or incorrect applications. If you have not read the instructions, if you have not set up your Yahoo profile as indicated, your request to join will be denied -- sadly, even if you really are a former PeopleSoft employee.
