How to do a great investor pitch

Ed Harley, who heads the software committee at the Keiretsu Forum in the East Bay, wrote an open letter to software entrepreneurs describing what an angel investor needs for the presenter to be successful.

Some assembly is required, as it's in three parts, but it's worth the effort.  I understand the UC Berkeley Haas Business School has asked for permission to use it with their entrepreneurship program.

Ed's a sharp guy and has heard hundreds of presentations.  Entrepreneurs would do well to take his suggestions to heart!
